Call It Done

Terms of service

Effective 13 October 2026

These terms cover using Call It Done and buying Premium. By using the app or paying for Premium you accept them.

Who you're dealing with

The app

Call It Done is free to use, with a few of our own ads. Premium removes the ads and unlocks extra features, such as more themes. The app is in beta, so features may change and things may break; tell us when they do.

Your account

You can use the app without an account. If you create one, with Apple or Google, it backs up your tasks so you can move to a new phone. Keep your Apple or Google sign-in safe, since anyone who has it can open your account. You can delete the account at any time on the account page; we may close accounts used to break these terms.

Premium subscriptions

Cancelling

Refunds

If you bought Premium on the web (card, PayPal or Robokassa) and you're not happy, email to be added within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. After that, or for a renewal, we don't refund part of a period, except where the law where you live says otherwise. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google.

Public offer for Robokassa payments

For payments made through Robokassa, these terms are a public offer (публичная оферта). Paying through Robokassa is your acceptance of it, and the contract is made on the terms on this page.

The workshop board

Don't post anything illegal, abusive or someone else's private information. We may remove posts that break this rule.

Liability

We work hard to make reminders reliable, but your phone decides when notifications are delivered, so don't rely on Call It Done alone for anything critical such as medication or legal deadlines. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date. A change to the price of your subscription is announced before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
